Founders Story

Ricarda Redeker (M.A.) is a work and organizational psychologist with a proven track record of experienced international recruitment. As an HR professional with a strong background in global executive search for industries such as healthcare, automotive and manufacturing, she holds an excellent market knowledge in recycling technology and machinery.

She holds a Bachelor in Business Psychology (B.A.) and is certified not only as an expert in advertisement by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and rather trained in systemic counseling for Organisations and People.

She is the founder of Project Plastic Extinction, a 4 year old startup focusing on global plastic pollution reduction, especially in India. Ricarda realized and supported several projects around the globe to tackle plastic pollution within the sea and on land.

Due to her work related recruitment projects in healthcare, engineering, and public sectors, as well as her leadership roles in recruitment and interculttural integration, she collected a deep understanding for human behaviour, motivational actions and the human mental desicion structure.

Her expertise includes rising awareness for plastic pollution, support solutions, education for a cause, change and the challanges. She has worked abroad in Europe, India, Pakistan, and the USA.

One of her biggest projects so far is how to create a circular economy within a city like Mumbai to enable the strenght of corporates by using their power to tackle laws and consumer assumptions about plastic as a valuble material that should be treated for what it was orginally created for – long lasting.
